Sowing the seeds of community and care

The sun has just set on Garden Day SA.

This is an especially momentous landmark for The Community Cook Up. One week ago today (Oct-2020), the soil began to turn at Bay Farm! The first three beautiful crop circles have been laid down – and the seeds for the Love in a Bowl, Courage and Community Cook Up collaboration project are taking root.

Nutritious and completely organic vegetable crops will be moving straight from the Bay Farm Garden into the Community Cook Up IY kitchen.

The project will extend the reach of the Cook Up in many ways… Education of the garden team is growing under the guidance of Gordon Aeschliman as an inspiration to each of us to understand that we have the power to grow our own food.

Let’s make the circle bigger!
